Mironchik’s music is reminiscent of all-time favorite R&B hits of the 70s & 80s. She is a vocalist, pianist,
composer and lyricist with a conservatory degree in jazz and roots in rock, blues, R&B and country. 7:30PM - Plainfield Slim & The Groundhawgs - A Mississippi-type
juke joint blues band. The Plainfield Slim band features singer-songwriter Gar Francis on guitar, Lee Fink on slide guitar,
Myke Scavone on harp, and Mike Caruso on bass, and Myke’s little brother Rocco Scavone on drums. 8:45PM - Peter Tork and Suede Shoe Blues -Peter Tork (“The
Monkeys”) a well-respected musician/artist in the burgeoning New York folk and blues scene. His gift for playing many
instruments generated high demand for his services as a sideman/back-up artist, performing with the likes of John Phillips,
Steven Stills, Dave Van Ronk, Van Dyke Parks and Arthur Lee, among others. Shoe Suede Shoes band-mates Richard Mikuls, Jeff
Olson and Arnold Jacks have shared the stage with some of the most influential recording artists of the last 50 years: Ray
Charles, BB King, Ronnie Dawson, Chaka Kahn and David Benoit just to mention a few. Following Tork’s Centenary performance,
he’ll be on hand at the post show party at Charlie Brown’s From
Hwy 80 (Hwy 517 and West): Take Exit 19 onto 517 South, Go 5 miles to Hwy 46 East, Go left onto 46 East (Main St.) in
Hackettstown, the go right on Church Street (at Trinity United Methodist Church and one block after the next light), go 4
blocks to Centenary College.
Next Monthly Meeting - Sunday, March 14, 2010 - Board of Directors Elections and Hobby
& Craft Show & Tell. Our annual elections will take place at this meeting. Also it's our first Member
Hobby & Craft display. Please bring samples of your favorite hoppy or craft to the clubhouse. Whatever interests
you may also be of interest to some of our other members. May even start up a craft/hobby club and share your passion
with others. Please contact us to let us know what you will bring so that we may ensure adequate table space.

Espresso Yourself - Saturday, January 23, 2010 at 12 noon meet at Espresso Yourself, 21 Main St., Sparta. All who attend will pay the cost of their project which will range for $8.00 to $85.00 with a studio fee of $3.00 to $5.00 for ceremic projects. Fused glass projects range from $14.00 to $40.00 with no studio fee if you should choose. Lunc at Casa Mia in Lake Mohawk will follow. Please sign up no later than January 15th.
