will meet at the Parsippany Waterview Park & Ride on Route 46, at 11:00 AM.
Or you can meet us down at the Sea Gull’s Nest Restaurant parking lot in Sandy Hook between 12:00 – 12:30 PM,
just over the bridge on the hook. It is the first parking lot on the right with a restaurant. There is no parking fee.
Bring a lunch & drink of your choice. After assembling at the beach, we will eat our lunch, take a head count for dinner
and then head out to enjoy the park. You can go biking, walking or just sit on the beach; it’s your day, go out and
enjoy it. At 3:30 we will reassemble to drive to the restaurant, location to be determined. The trip is weather dependent.

is the foremost facility in the US housing injured birds of prey. There will be a one-hour
program, “All About Owls” and an introduction to a live bird of prey, which is limited to 35 people.
Following the program we will tour the outdoor display aviaries. An optional lunch is offered at a local eatery, ordering

Come enjoy the great outdoors while cooking your hot dogs
over an open fire. We will need to do some trail maintenance, so please bring your shears, gloves and bug spray and help clear
the trail. Directions to Camp Jefferson: Take Route 80 from either direction to Route 15 North.
Take Route 15 North to Weldon Road (which is approx. 5 miles north of Route 80). The Weldon Road
exit from Route 15 is immediately after the Lake Shawnee exit. Proceed on Weldon Road 7/10 of a mile. Camp
Jefferson will be on the left, turn in and proceed to the log cabin buildings. Park in the established parking spots.
